Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how EVER RICH TRAVEL SERVICE PTY LTD (“Ever Rich”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with this website and travel enquiries.

2. Information you provide

If you email us, we may receive your name, email address and the information included in your message, such as travel dates, preferences and business contact details. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.

Do not include payment card details or sensitive identity documents in an initial enquiry. If additional information is needed for a travel arrangement, we will explain what is required and how it should be provided.

If you provide information about another traveller, please ensure you have authority to do so and make this policy available to them.

3. Website visits and email links

This website uses email links rather than an online enquiry submission form. Opening an email draft does not transmit its contents to Ever Rich. We receive the message only if you send it and it is delivered to our email service.

Website hosting and related infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and access times to deliver, operate and protect the website. This information is separate from the contents of an email enquiry.

4. Cookies and tracking

The current website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or account login cookies. Your browser and external services you choose to use may process information under their own settings and privacy policies.

5. How we use information

We use information relevant to your enquiry to communicate with you, understand your requirements and assist with requested travel planning or arrangements. We may also use information for related administration, security, record keeping, dispute handling and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing information

We may share relevant information with service providers supporting our operations, such as hosting, email and IT providers, and with travel suppliers where needed for an arrangement you request.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information.

7. Overseas handling

Travel suppliers and technology providers may handle information outside Australia. The locations involved depend on your itinerary and the providers used. You may contact us for information about the handling relevant to your enquiry or arrangement.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps required by Australian privacy law in connection with overseas disclosures.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle to protect it from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including applicable legal, accounting and dispute requirements. Information no longer needed will be securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate and practicable.

9. Access, correction and privacy concerns

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We will consider your request or complaint and respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction.

10. Other websites and policy updates

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this policy as our services or information handling change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
